The ICMGP to be held in July 2024 is currently open for sponsorship opportunities from all interested and affected institutions and organisations. Sponsorship offers an opportunity to increase your organization’s profile among a diverse group of international delegates involved in scientific research, education and environmental policy relating to mercury as a global pollutant.

Your financial support will assist with keeping the conference’s registration costs fair for all delegates, to ensure participation from across the world at this prestigious event, which is to be hosted for the 16th time since its inception in Gavle, Sweden in 19xx.. This will also be the first time that the ICMGP is to be hosted on the African continent, and your sponsorship of the event offers your organisation ‘the’ most unique opportunity to increase your organization’s profile, for not only will you be able to share your technology on this beautiful and diverse continent for the first time, but also in Sir Francis Drake’s own words, you will be doing this in “the fairest cape in all the world!”, the BEAUTIFUL MOTHER CITY OF CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA!

Your sponsorship will contribute to making mercury history, together with national and international delegates from all spheres of academic and scientific research, government authorities, NGOs and consultants who focus on mercury in the environment.
