Call for Special Sessions

In keeping with the ICMGP tradition, the Scientific Steering Committee (SSC) is offering Special Sessions (SS) that will focus on topics not covered under the main theme of the 2024 Conference. If you are interested in organizing a Special Session, please take note for the following:

As the SS Convener you will be responsible for:

• Finding co-chair(s) for your Special Session (SS)
• Find delegates/researchers to submit abstracts for that SS
• A minimum of 6 Abstracts are needed for a SS to be considered
• SS Convener to complete online form providing session theme
• Outline and Focus of Session
• Possible speakers during SS

All Special Sessions Proposals must be submitted online by no later than:  4 December 2023

The SSC Special Session Committee shall review all proposals and the SS Convener will be notified of the outcome of their submission. All approved special session themes will be added to the online registration portal for delegates to upload their abstracts.
